Dedicated to finding perfect jobs for perfect candidates,
John finds cliffs greatest reward in helping others
achieve their dreams. John began this quest during
his college days at Northwestern University, coaching
debate. Over the years he has continually sought
excellence in staffing elections, political associations
and more recently, tech companies. After running
the Washington, DC branch of TLA, John branched
off to form Crossroads Consulting. In the future,
he hopes to spread his vision across the country,
helping to match "the right person for the
job" from coast to coast. |

In
such a quickly growing field, no one has more experience
in the realm of computer technology
than John Capozzi. John began recruiting in 1985,
while continually educating himself in Unix and
Large Mainframe Systems. He has always stayed one
step ahead of the curve, making him one of the most
important leaders in his field. In addition to his
technical background, John has also made
a name for himself in the political arena. After
getting his Masters in Public Administration from
American University and spending much of his time
with the Job Corps, Environmental Protection Agency
and various campaigns, John was elected as the 1994
DC Shadow Representative. In 1996, John ventured
to run for a City Council Seat. John's
marriage of six years to Sue has made him busy as
a father. His children are Camille and Hans. |

After a short and hectic ride in the U.S. Senate,
Susan joined Crossroads Consulting in January 2003.
Susan graduated from Rutgers College in May 2002
with a double major in Political Science and History.
She has no real experience in the IT/Tech world
(except for her parents' last ditch effort in 1998
to "encourage" her to be a computer science
major by "arranging" an internship at
Bellcore), but is always looking for a new challenge.
She welcomes the respite from politics into the
calmer waters of the tech world. |
